Question about lvl 50

Hello, just today i reached the level 50 and appear a cloth of tier 2 unlocked and got a note like this:

which has on the description tier 2 bronze cloth but i dont know what to do with that...

You need buy bronze armor second lvl for x60 green parts and use it.
