Launcher problem TW

Hi Guys, I have a litle prolem, wheni launch launcher of saint seiya TW i have this: "failed to initialize" someone now why?

Its ok, its forum about saint seiya so its about all servers. and i think you need.
1- close anti virus
2- open as admin
3- press this button

thx for answer but i haven't this window.
->double clic at launcher
-> yes or no for admin permision
->ERROR:"failed to..."
Why i will play in TW, I do not want to play but compare.
(sry for bad english i m from belgium, i speak french)
ps: i can't give sreen because I'm at work.
