Unable to complete quests/red text! Need Help!

Okay, so pretty much. I was playing online, like always. When suddenly all of my quests go red and after doing what was required of them, I went to the npc to get my reward, right?

However, I can't complete the quest because I always to a pop up and when I click the only option, the quest text is still red and I can't do anything! Its been over 2 days now! I need help...

They were probably timming quest or smthing, ur solution is to cancel them all and take them again.

None of these quests were timed, excluding the one with the timer on it. I had finished the timed one and went to collect my reward when it didn't let me. One of them was a main storyline quest that had the typical 'kill this many things,' role to it and yet after filling the quota, I still wasn't able to go and collect the rewards.
