Item Question??

So that paper there was given to me when I reached level 50. It says something about Broze Armor, and once I left click it too see if it something that requires trading with an npc it take me where the NPC that sells you the Broze Armor is. I try to right click it or shift right click it nothing happen and I'm not sure what am I supposed to do with that Item

man red shirt and u must have Bronze Fragment 40 ea for first new Bronze cloth

(that item for quest aftewr u buy new cloth and use it)

that item is needed to finish the last quest of 2nd bronze cloth

Ah good, what If im trying to get all 5 tier 2 bronze cloth? How do I get more papers?
