I need help plz fast

hello everyone every time i try to download the game by direct download after like 10% it stops automatically like if there were an error. Anyone can help me with this plz i really want to play this game. and i dont think is the internet. another problem if i try to download it with the other opcion when i find the game and i put it to download like in 5 seconds an error pop out i dont know what it say cause is in chinnese so plz anyone can help a way i can download or maybe i need to do something?:( :( :( 

Try using the 3rd option to download the game, it should be explained in the guide section. The same happened to me but once i used that program, like a chinese ares or something like that, it downloaded fast and problem free.

where is the 3rd opcion i dont see it in the guide
