My account has been closed... ?

I seriously think the game hate me ahah.
I was playing as usual when suddenly a weird window with chinese symbol appeared. The game then shut and now, when I try to log in, this message show itself:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Well... I guess my account get closed, obviously. But I don't know why or if I can do something about it...
Did this already happen to someone ? What do I do ?

If you're still a low level, then it might have been an anti-bot. There's an explanation in one of the guides on what this bot does. However, if you fail its test, you get logged out for a bit.
