Cant do the 12 palaces quest!

Hey guys, so, i was trying to do the 12 palaces quest, you know, the one on the events tab, that have pandoras face on it? And the events pic is the 12 palaces?
So, the suited up npc "says" that i need "join the dungeon to do it", BUT!
Wen im trying to join it, the box to join don appear from 00:00 to 05:59, Its on red. And wen its finally 06:00, it just says "In progress" and i cant join it either! Am i missing something, do i need do any main path quest? Do i need do the oficial 12 palaces before doing this one?
