Can someone help me in Lvl 49-50 just a question

Hi everyone,
I will like to know if anyone can tell me if when we lvl up  to 50,the left icon that appears in grey is because im missing somthing or what.
the one on the left I know for sure is  a new slot for the Cosmo but the other one I have no idea. I hope someone can help me.

Does't matter, did you click the purple icon? that message is what you get in lvl.50 (Is the silver armor if I'm not wrong) it means that you can equip silver armor... just click on the green button.... :D 

tono9476 thank you so much for answer me ^^ by now I have accumulated around 2 lv including skills lvl requirement just waitng till someone would answer me lol since I was afraid of missing something for lvling up:)
