cloths issue?

so i bought my silver cloths and to keep them so if i run out of supplies ill already have it, BUT my t2 bronze i tried getting wont seem to activate? and on the old mans mission im fighting gemini saga, but the seller for bronze cloths doesnt give me a specific link to collect something, or do something, and my cosmo and lvl is certainly enough, help?

Are you sure you got your bronze cloth t2 for your class ?

that you see on the Picture is Pegasus bronze tier 1 for it have 2 talents some only Pegasus have and this is his tier 2 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

and this is Pegasus silver tier 1 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] and it continue like this + you need that papper everytime you make a new cloth :) this time it be much to read but i hope it help anyway :)

i solved it, i didnt have the permission for the t2 but thanks for your help anyways ^^

but you can buy the permission for both bronze tier 1 and 2 and silver 1 and 2 if you are vip in cash shop :)
