Can't play anymore

I started playing Saint Seiya Online a year ago and due to studies I could not play it till a few weeks back. When starting the game it wouldn't let me login. I thought that maybe it was because I forgot my password and I even changed it but it still won't login. I re downloaded it which took a long time and it still didn't work. Finally I refreshed my computer because I had just installed windows 8.1 and I had read it didn't work with windows 8.1 but still wouldn't work. I can't login and sometimes the launcher crashes.
