the NPC says I need 600 of something, but I don't know what is it, and how to get it

You need this parchment with Omega symbol.

You get this parchment against x30 violet item for first one, x60 for second one etc....

To get violet item, you can trade with Athena symbol giving by 10 lottery ticket used in once.

600 is another option to buy violet item, I have too, it's why I show you method with Athena scepter ;)
