Help me plz

OK i jst started to play with my brother, game is rly nice, but soon after start problems show:
1. I dont known which class is best for pisces?
2. Which is best for Scorpio?
3. Which one is better: Scorpio or pisces?
4. My brother didnt have this problem. he picked sea dragon instantly, but he have quest to beat some ghost from trident. How to do it becouse from what is see here its almost impossible.
5. Is there some even partial eng patch to wanmei ver.? I dont even ask about story, but quests, items, etc. becouse its rly hard to play MMO without it.

any class with scorpio is good
