Need help with those quests

Hi! I was playing for a while and noticed thanks to my guildmates that some of my quests seems to be buged. I can't really get the Student Reputation just because it doesnt show for me to take it and I didn't find anything that could help me solve this problem... I already tried abandon all of my quests just to see if it would fix but nothing happened

Also I have problem with my Bronze Tier quests. I talked to all the necessaries NPCs and now I don't know what to do, I already tried to go to the floor 71 on arena but I still didn't completed my quest...

The first one idk how to help you, i have same problem in Thailand version

Thank you for the information, i had forgot about the permission... Maybe thats why I also couldn't complete my Silver Tier quest xD
