hi i need help in translating level1 quest..

hi i have a problem with the Wanmei English Patch 0.1.64,it dont translate the level 1 quest...

This is quest when you create character, just select random things. English patch not translate quests.

so how exactly can i know what i'm choosing?
i maybe have a mistake,and need to recreate a char..
can u tell me what is written in this quest at least?

There's no patch that translate the quests... so you have to choose it randomly
