Urgent! This map : /

Anyone knows how to get to this map? many quests ask me to go there but as it looks, it seems i have no teleport points there so I can't go : /
I once got there buy accepting a quest that automaticaly teleported me there but then I had to do a quest which took me out of this map and now I can't return by teleports and don't really know how to get there walking... any help? I can't continue to lvl up without getting here...

It's the 5 peaks. You can go here after you've completed enough storyline (beat the 4 black saints, ~lvl 35). You can go here with every teleporter after.
Kiki, in the main town (Coor: -222, 94) can maybe send you here.
