update problem Empty update problem

Hi, do someone have a problem with game after today update from 1.63.0 to 1.64.0 becouse for me game freeze in black screen on even in launcher, only pc reset helps i run AC black flag to see it crash pc but no game and pc works good and only crashes on sso i cant even repair game bc launcher crash pc.
