How do I buy this apprentice? Empty How do I buy this apprentice?

Hi, what do I need to do in order to buy this apprentice? I reach the lvl 79 it asked and I have the materials needed, but it continues to appear in red color. I have the second slot too. Thank you.

You need reputation for this npc.
To up this rep you need to do the quest he gives you everyday.
