Guild Problem Empty Guild Problem

I resently created a Guild, i have a lot of members and lot of guild exp, but cannot reach any lvl on that guild, anyone can help me¿? thanks a lot e.e

You need to reach the required donations (little girls) of the NPC. You need to complete a quest with your members. You will need people to do this quest.
