Misson jump problem

Hi, Im new in the game AND the forum (sorry if here is no the place to write this). I started the game earlier today. I knew I wouldn't understand anything but wanna to see how it was like. Im in a lvl 8 mission. Some kind of plataform boost me up in the air and make me land on a mountain. But when I get there I get pull back down and idk what to do...
PLease please please what Im doing wroong??? thank you.

Can you put some images?? I think you need to press the "space bar" all over the top of the mountain (it's about 5 or 6 times)... 8)

I dont think thats the problem. right now it doesnt log me in (i figure is under maintenance or something). As soon as I can log ill post a few pics.

there is no maintence now -___- and u have to press spacebar when that shows up

i think ur connection bad or ur filling in ur password wrong

idk, im pressing every letter carefully and is not the pass and the connection works fine. Now the number on the message is different (the only thing i can read).

I think the nuber says: 226 minutes.... (you're banned for that time).... 3 hours an 46 minutes.... try to login in 2 hous and 21 minutes... :P
