Delay on five old peak

Hi guys, im using WTFast to treat the stupid delay, got a question... if any of u use it aswell, would u mind telling me which country u use? I use shanghai but still after some time playing I get delay like shit, and its obviously not my computer nor my internet speed, they're both great xd
