I found out how to get these buffs. Guild NPC sells them. The NPC is on the far left past the 4 little girls.

Now the question is what do they do? They are VERY expensive potions.

Resistance.

One of them is, but what of the other?

Its used to increase probability to your control skill. Another is to increase resist probability.

The resistance one gives crazy advantage. A boss skill that knocksdown for 3 seconds only knocks you down for a split second. Mime's harp that locks you for 10 seconds only lasts for 2-3 seconds. And this is only the effects of the lvl 3 bottle. Level 8 would be such a cheat.

O.o really? I never use it ,its too expensive. Its horrible if it has such a great influence. However its nearly for those rich people who spend money.

Yes, this is against bosses. I'm not sure about PVP, if its a % decrease, then PVP skills which don't last as long as boss skills probably seem less significant. But still it's really pay2win.
