Tier 2 Wings Question

I've read the guide in the forum about the wings cosmo/lvl requirements, and they all say its 100k before lvl 86 (which would mean u cant get pass 85 w/o missing them), but the interface in the game tells me its 100k by lvl 80. The interface im talking about is the one that summarise every cosmo you have and where it comes from.

My question is, who do i believe? did they lower the lvl cap for tier 2 and onwards?

The requeriment is 100k before Lv86 for the Tier 2, if you pass this requeriment(for example in my case, i'm Lv79 with 131k) only the cosmo cap is up(150k for tier 4 in my case) but the Lv is the same(before 86).

Omg im such a dummy... I could've sworn i saw lvl80 on my interface... Maybe it was bugged or something. After i installed the latest english patch it says 86 :P.

So that means i can lvl to at least 85 w/o having to worry about missing T2 wings :D

Off-Topic: Is there any particular reason why ppl stay at lvl79 then? I've seen ppl with like 150k cosmo at lvl 79 o.o. Like Yourself. Why is lvl 80 so feared?

I think they stay lvl 79 in order to get symbol for main cloth lvl 17-32 because once you are lvl 80 you got only symbols for lvl 32-48.

not sure that is usefull since you can buy those symbols for 30g (player money) each maybe it would be better to go up so you can start getting the gold fragments sooner and then buy the emblems
