Help with Wanmei Passport

Hello, everyone.
So, I recently became a vip member in vip.wanmei.com. Hurray, right? Wrong.
So, they're asking my REAL NAME so that I can get my rewards. That said, I had tu put a chinese name when I registered my account and I can't remember it anymore.
Anyone knows how to solve this?

go back to the website you found the info on and try to remember which one you used to register?? cause i mean if u did what we all did... then it should be on the same website....

So I tried that, I tried everything... And I didn't found anywere when I can look for my personal account information =( Oh god I'm so sad. =(
