How to get the legion chest/wharehouse?

Hi guys, I know that we need to level up the legion to lv3 in order to get the legion chest/wharehouse, but we don't know exactly how to know the amount of points we need to reach the next level, for example, currently we are in legion lv2 but we need to know what to do in order to reach lv3.
