Why everyday ban..

From 5 day's , when i started playing the game, i get baned like for 305 minute's, i dont understand chinese , but i wonder why , i did noting bad..
I play like 1 or 2 hour's and then i get baned..

I think maybe it comes from the anti bot system when you have to choose 2 chinese symbols.

I made it right the last time, and i didnt got baned , i just played for 10 minute's or more , fighting some evil guy's and somehow it baned me from no where

What guide did you use to sign up for game account? It says something about incomplete account info.

Dont realy know , i just typed name,password,Email and the captcha.

Since you just started, use this to make a new account. Saves you trouble of fine tooth combing for the problem.

So you followed that guide already to make the account? You used one of the 18 digit numbers? You used one of the Chinese names provided?

If you already followed the guide then no point remaking I guess. =\

I dont know how to change my password in the game.. it alway's say's: Change your password, it's low and easy!
