How can i become stronger???

Hello, Im a Lv. 74 Pegasus Saint, with a T1 Silver Cloth (Upgraded to 2 Stars) and Im on the road to get a gold cloth, Ive seen players around Lv. 75-80 already with one but I feel like my characther is way to weak for its current Level, so i would like to get some really good advice on how i can become even more stronger from anyone please!
