'Perfect Protector' message after update HELP! :c

So after yesterdays 11/11 update when I hit play this message appears D:
What does it say? and how do I fix it? PLEEEAAASEEEE D:

And i have no idea how working the game on win 7 ultimate.

Maybe your game has a couple of corrupted files... do a "full check" to see if that solves your problem.

fixed it, I had to update .net framework :)

with the update Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 on windows  7 now work
