• Black Screen:
1 - change folder name Technical Tutorials / Fix your game problems 1ee12圣斗士星矢OL To Technical Tutorials / Fix your game problems 1ee13OL (remove all chinese letters) - If it does not help, try the following points:
2 - get the latest:
- .net framework
- C++ Runtime
DirectX, update Adobe Flash, Java, and  also update your video drivers.
- Make sure you have all available windows updates installed from this website:
http://update.microsoft.com

- Run the game as an administrator:
- Right-Click on the short-cut
- Select the properties tab
- Check the box labeled "Run as administrator"

- Game client can't work on the window 8.1 version for the time being. Sanctuary the regiment was actively dealing with the problem. During the problem is not resolved, our Saints replaced other version systems, to fight. Any inconvenience caused to you, please forgive me.

Hi, i solve my trouble of the black screen (first time seem something like that). But something new appears, i play under lvl 60 in this computer and never happened to me... Until now :S

Can someone explain to me wtf just happen to the game? My unique solution is re-download the client, but if the fixing are more easy i will be happy :)

P/D: i allready make a full check of the files from the launcher and nothing change....

Whatsup with this error?. I was playing and suddenly with no reason kic me out, the I cant loggin, and when I shut down the game and start it again, start to update the game, and stays in "downloading the file list" or updating. then when I open the second icon that I have of the game just let me push the button "play", and when I do.... at the 30 seconds this appears. HELP ME!!!!
