Strange Cosmo Change

Hey guys! Its been so long since last time ive been here...So, listen my question:
3 months ago, i stopped playing the game, my pc broke. My cosmo that time was 8k, the number it was before on the forum.
But then, after all the updates and stuff, i logged back yesterday, felt a little lost cuz the game changed a lot, and i noticed that my cosmo was kinda...different. I tought it was not my Cosmo, so i learned again how to take out my cloth, and putted it back, and the cosmo counter went back to 19k.
Is it a temporary boost or something? What hapenned during there 3 months i didnt played, that made me suddenly log on with 11k more cosmo than i had before?

the game updated and the cloths cosmo output was increased a lot

Even so, my "base" cosmo went from 4k to 14k, did they improved our outfits and artefacts as well?
