aid can not gain lvl? Empty aid can not gain lvl?

SUBO BECAUSE OF 39 TO 40 LVL CAN NOT HELP ... I'm lvl 39 and the bar is on past experience and to climb up to lvl and not do please help ??

Sometimes your skills are too low leveled and can prevent you from leveling up even if you have enough xp. See if you need to level them until you reach 100% or more.
