im lv 59 but i not sure if i can lv up because this tells me that im gona need 100000 k os cosmo like wen your going to get the wing tire 2 so do i lvup or not?

Tier 1: you can lv up to lv 65 with 40k cosmo and you get the wings.

If you lv up to lv 66 without 40k cosmo you can't get the wings


Tier 2: lv 85 100k cosmos, get wings

Are the wings worth it? i mean are they just for fashion? do they increase your cosmo? do you teleport without having to go to a transport point? .. im a Lv 65 Pegasus T2 Bronze and i have 32,902 Cosmo but im having A LOT OF TROUBLE to increase my cosmo, i have to wait every day for daily quest and stuff to get more items to craft and to use the cosmo system.

If you have the wing then you can fly so it's not only for fashion.

You have to check a box on the bottom of your character's menu.
