Exclamation cosmos!

I have a question that probably all of us are wondering, what is the BEST way to get your cosmo up as quick as possible?! I know about leveling up your skills, and equipment, and your passive skills. But is there another, faster way? please let me know as soon as possible!

there is no fast way . you have to up everything : all your cloth,your equipement,your guardian...

lvl up your artifact too for that give you some pwr score too :)
