My pc had some problems, I had to download the game again, but had updates, so I used manual correction to 0.1.84, but the skills and items are in Chinese, does anyone know how to solve?

The game is in chinese so it's normal and the patch don't translate everything.
You just have to wait for a new patch.

But, if have updates to the game, translations of patch back to the original language?

nope . it only updates your game so it can be the same version of the patch
so to use the patch u have update your game so its the same version
