Banned? Empty Banned?

At a certain point of the game, a window appeared with a lot of symbols, of course I couldn't understand cause I don't understand chinese! I tried to click something randomly and it disconnected me from the server. Now whenever I try to log in it won't let me...

its the bot check and you need to wait some time to login again

You have to find both same symbol, and if you have problem to do it, change channel until you find an easy one to complete
