wear the cape Empty wear the cape

i bought the cape but i could use it, upgrade to lvl 2 and nothing. anyone knows if i need anything more:smille2:

For the cape to appear on your character , it needs to be lvl 4.

How did you upgrade it? I just bought the cape and went to the upgrade guy, but I never seen the pink crystals that are required to upgrade. Also how do you level it.
