happened to me as well, in sanctuary, ikkis dungeon and other dimension, i always had that problem.

bought new pc and the problem is gone, and the guy at the store told me it was a graphic card problem, because mine was too old. PC had 8 and half years already

then there is no other solution than buying a new pc iam no have money :c
