event doubts

how i can complete this events? i already have 20 fragments of the map:

Left "Mission"
From the underlined missions, you will get random characters.
First 4 together gets you a prize.
All 7 gets you better prize.

Right "Mission" <-not as sure about this one.
From the New Years Ambassador, you will get idioms. From it choose 1? There will be lottery? Winner gets a big prize. Losers and/or didn't play gets a special prize.

how i get the prizes? i have only 1

for the "4 letters" you need to go to "little ikki" next to the "snowman abducting" event. For the "6 letters and the heart" idk, i have them already but no sign of quest....
the second event you need to wait 'till february.

if im not wrong its in the same NPC .. just select what price you want.

First is the foot race where you bet on the winners.
Second is the Snowman Abducting.
Third is the daily event from Eagle Marin.
The first 4 characters are in the same font. The next 2 are in different fonts. The last character means heart (the icon is a heart instead of a chinese character.)
Once you collect all seven, you can trade them as a set for a great prize at "little Ikki". (1 time only). (I got 5x demon blood, 5x silver blood, 2x something else, and 1x Athena transformation card)
You can trade the first 4 characters as a set daily at "little Ikki" for a prize.

what do you mean by 1 time only?? is it weekly ?? or just 1 time and never again ??

You can only give "little Ikki" the whole 7 letter set 1 time and never again
The 4 letter set can be given daily
