the first image is easy. Just kill the boss with the automove function in the proper hour that event run. But the second image I don't know. some of the guard seems to use a costume, but I don't know what to do yet.

Normally with second screen, you have to kill a npc in another legion base, but I couldn't find this npc in 2 different legion base today, so I don't know if legion have to be active to find a npc.

Hi, how do you go to another legion base?

Go to NPC at Sanctuary where you can join a legion if you don't have it, 3rd option and choose legion to invade.
