First image: you need to go to the NPC that is at the right side of the "Abyss! Devil Star of Doom" dungeon entrance, need to exchange a few items for another item with the SAME NAME than the target for the quest. (down the green letters).
Second image: you need 1,3 or 7 items like that to exchange them for a good rewards with the NPC near the Christmas Tree in the Sanctuary.
Note: search for the dungeon "abyss! devil star of doom" in the forum if you don't have patch.

and the second one ... i click on christmas tree and no option to exchange

and this one, i cant delete/trow/sell or wathever .. what i can do? i belive its an old quest bcs when i click it, it send me to that place
