Help With Quest (with Picture)

Hi, I have the same problem with all the Quest that involve the NPC must move/travel from one point to another. I escort the NPC to the place, and the Mision seems to end, but when I want to collect the mision I can't click on the "complete" icon (the icon seems to be Off) Please, Help me if you can.

try uninstalling the "spanish" patch to see if with the original script you can complete it; maybe is a bug with the patch....

maybe your bag is full

I already do that, Bag empty and Re installing My Original Files. But I still have this problem. I really don't know what to do.
