New Problem this time creating character

HI I have a question when i try make a character there is a box on the top of my gender buttons i don't know what that is

but would be better if you post screen.

the problem is i don't know what that box what do i put in it is for on top of the gender picking

I can't just ignore it because I CAN'T MAKE A CHARACTER

Maybe your name are already taken.

Wow I have never seen anyone use that name b4 i randomly made it in a game from mixing korean names together but first time i have EVER seen someone take it b4

Where we can find this "Invitation Code"?
Its my first time in the game and the same is happening to me

i just made a char yesterday and didnt asked for any code, just pick your gender and the month and day of your birthday and your good to go

idk what is the code i am not use it soo leave it empty, try change your name and remember add date day and month
