Start Problem Help !!!!

i have a problem with the game....I try to start the game i find this window,please help me

I got a similar problem yesterday .. i was playing and out of the blue it kick me out and a window Pop-up i couldnt see it but it had the same icon you have in your printscreen/bug report, but i just started the game back up and everything was fine, when you open the launcher on your right hand side there will be a few icons in a vertical line, from up to down click on the 3rd icon that looks like a wrench, that will check your whole game for any error and should resolve it .. the process will take a while and at some point may even look like its stuck or frozen, its not it just takes a really long time, at least it did for me when i had a problema with it.

You should try to redownload and reinstall the game and don't forget to rename the game's floder ol.
