I am at lvl 79 , when i try to lvl up apears this

And i dont know what to do ? what is this window? what should i do ? any advise?

Just click on the green button it's normal.

But can you explain to me what is that in the small window? and how do i get it?

The small window tells you that you can buy a gold cloth and the 2nd is for the wings i think .
You don't have to choose anything just lvl up that's all !

the window just tells you what are the next goals for you to achieve, it appears at level 30 and 40 as well if im not mistaken
