need urgent help!

i have a problem!
after choosing a class(Andromeda),i talk to the white dress woman,she speaks and i agree and then nothing happens it wont proceed to the next map!
and when i relogin it moves my character to an empty island map and i cannot move my character and there is no exit from that map..
i done the beginner quest just like in the guide that badpiccolo made and same problem with all character slots
btw i have no cut scenes as well...
please help soon as possible! :(

i found the reason to the problem...
its the English patch...
when i use the original version without the English patch it works with no problems!
i guess u need to fix the English patch now...
and test it on a character.
and the cut scenes appears on original version.
remember to test it on Andromeda class

(Original version = Chinese version)
