Help getting new cloth

I'm a little stuck here I got the item to start the quest to get a new cloth but I'm stuck but this is what I get[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I have no idea what to do next if anyone could help that would be awesome.

You need to have 5140+ power if you want fine the quest

Bronze Cloth:
-Buy your desired Bronze Cloth for 50.000Gold and 15 Bronze Fragment.
Reach Combat Power to 5500+ and go to solo dungeon 5th Floor and report to npc inside dungeon then back to cloth merchant to report the last quest.. and you will obtain the new cloth.

*if you got problem to exit from solo dungeon. just relog your character..
*i don't know if solo dungeon 6th floor has the npc for report quest or not..

How do I find out my combat power?

Easy way:
unequip one of your equipment like headband or pants then equip again.
then this window should open.

it's show your combat power. my current combat power is 7287.

Press " C "

yes.. power level can upgraded if we using some items, which can increase our power. such rings, shirts, pants, necklaces, etc..

It seems like your power level is over 9000!
