Maybe it's for god clothes and the new silver clothes or the surplice .

The tubular one is a more powerfull blood for bronze and silver cloth.
The other is blood for surplices.

blood that costs 68 = surplice clothes ( so far we only have griffon cloth )

The tubular blood works for others bronze and silver cloth too, not only the new silver.
