anybady k now wall is to do i quest level 31 black siginus quest? i alrady speak to hin but noting this quest cant be done by click in quest like others !!!!?
i chose the new armor but need do a quest ?

When you buy the paper open it later you need go to NPC
you need to talk with one of them

Later just click on blue letters, and follow the quest.
