How to sell certain items.

How can I sell excess Silver bronze fragments? I cant seem to trade them in at player stalls, do I have to create my own stall? and if so, how do I make a stall?

Some itens have the status called "bind".
If your item is "bind" you cannot sell, trade or buy from another player.
You can only sell in NPC's, but you will gain only a 1 coin or 2.

Itens without this status is very rare, you only can get this itens in some itens from the cash store.
