How do i get inside this quest

Hey guys I hve been playing for a while and I really dont have any idea how to complete this quest, the reward looks really cool but every time that I speack with the girl of the portals a red message appear  and and I cant continue

Press O to see the dailies, find the quest which says in description 24vs24, apply for it. When u get called, after playing it, this quest will be automatically finished, u can do this daily quest 2 times per day. It's very nice cause, I take the quest and do the daily every day 2 times, this way i get those rewards x2 which are very nice!
