i don't know how i got item for upgrade cloth Lv. 1-10 tell me pls.
i want to drop how much lv. can't drop 1-10

Ah if u mean, which lvl the upgrade emblem changes for tier2(which is the one u need in +11 and more) ? I think it starts dropping since u get passed LV50, at least, it started changing for me since LV50.

yeah lv1 - lv49 is tier 1 emblems
lv50+ second tier emblems
